In Service Desk is there a way you can build me a report on throughput time for tickets in that CRM Support Group?
I don't know what the system is capable of and don't really have time to learn.
I want to see data related to how long it takes to get tickets resolved in the group "CRM-Support-US" by person if possible. If it helps you only have to evaluate closed tickets. Creation date to closed date if it was closed while in that group at time of close. I don't really care it if started in that group and was moved but I would be okay to know how long it spent before it got move to a different group. That would tell me how fast we are evaluating an reassigning if not supposed to be in that group or if something required work in that group and then needed to be assigned to someone else.
