For our onboarding a few required fields we have under general employee info include the Department and what City Building the user will work in.
Our "City Building" additional field is a very long manually updated Pick List. Is it possible to have a Pick List that is generated from current information already found among other requesters within SDP?
Also if the above is possible or not it would still be a very long list. To further enhance it for the person submitting the request, would it be possible to have the pick list only show locations that apply to the Department selected for the new user?
