Service Won't Start after 80279 Update

Service Won't Start after 80279 Update

I updated our Desktop Central installation to 80279 and now the service won't start. The event viewer shows an error that says:
 
The ManageEngine Desktop Central service terminated with service-specific error %%-1
 
I'm also seeing MySQL startup events and shutdown events that correspond with the service start and stop.
