We have created a Service Request with additional fields: fieldA and fieldB.
Now we need to configure a notification for technician with these additional fields
Is it possible?
We have tried to configure a new rule notification (Alert technician by e-mail when a request is assigned) but we only view Incidents additional fields. Service Requests additional fields are not visible.
Additionally is it possible to configure different rule notification for different Services Requests? For example:
Service Request A has two additional fields. When there is a new Service Request A, we need to send a notification with these two additional fields.
Service Request B has three additional field. When there is a new Service Request B, we need to send a notification with these three additional fields.
