Service Request Editor Field
We recently migrated from On-prem to the Cloud and are recreating our Service Templates. We used the Editor field on one of these templates and it is not showing all users. On-prem it would show everyone, however, on the cloud it only shows about 215 users. Some are Technicians, some are Requestors. No rhyme or reason why it only shows those users and not everyone. (We have about 2,000 users total)
I adjusted the setting on Setup - General settings - Requestor Portal>> When a requestor is setting editor show all: ALL REQUESTORS. However, that made no difference.
