Service Request Approval Status "To Be Sent"

When Active Directory Users blank "Manager" (don't have reporting line yet).


After requester raise ticket, "Approval Status" is "To Be Sent" but ticket "Status" is "Open" and SLA also running. It should be automatically set status "To Be Sent" and stop timer.
