Service reporting down after Veeam v8 to v9 upgrade

Hi,

We use Opmanager to monitor our windows servers.

We recently upgraded one of our backup servers from Veeam v8 to v9. 

Since this, one of the Veeam services (Veeam Backup Service)  is reporting down even though it is running and stable, while the remaining Veeam and other windows services report correctly.

So far I have attempted to remove the service monitor and re add it (using the discover services from device option), this had no effect and the service reports OK initially then down immediately following next poll. 

I have also removed the server object from monitoring entirely, re-added and recreated all monitors but the same service reports down as soon as it is polled.

Is there possibly a stale service record or something that means it is not polling the correct service or something in that area?

Any advice would be appreciated.
