Service Provider Functionality
We currently use VSO-XP support desk. We use it to service our customers. I thought about getting ServiceDesk and just treating customers as departments, but there's no way to log hours so that we can bill our clients. Also, SLA's are a great feature, but we need to make sure we have the SLA's to measure the relationship between our customers and us. Let us know if this is even being considered for a new product. If the outsourced programmers are getting 10 cents an hour to program, I'll put up a grand and rent the team for a month!
