Service provider edition

Service provider edition

I would really like to use a Service Provider Edition of Service Desk +.

The features that I'd like to have are:

- Ability to have different companies/customers
- Time tracking on requests, including clock timer
- Calendar function and/or integration with Outlook
- Scheduled maintenance and planned projects
- Interopability/data exchange with OnDemand CRM for sales data (ie. service provided to customers should be shown in reports/dashboards as sales)
