Service Plans
I have just upgraded our installation to 8.1 and am looking at the Service Plan and Contract Billing sections.
I created a test service plan to see how it works, but have found that I cannot modify the service plan once created.
Is this by design? If so I am assuming that to modify it we need to create a new service plan and then apply that to the Account Contract Billing.
