Service Pack 5010 available for downloading.. problems
I just downloaded the service pack 5010 from your website, but I'm finding some problems so far.
I've installed and uninstalled a couple times. The first install, the cmd window seemed to be stuck at refreshing a full screen of OKOKOKOK.
Uninstalling - Reinstalling Service Pack: I uninstalled OpManager and ran a new install of just OpManager5. Then I went to install the service pack, but the installation informed me that the service pack was already installed. I deleted the folder inside the bin\backup folder to get around this
I've just rerun the installation of the service pack on yet another brand new install of Upstream5, and it has had my computer occupied for over an hour using 100% CPU, the update java window indicates the install is 100% complete, but the cmd window reads "Please wait backup in progress! ........../
Now I'm pretty sure this operation is not going to complete and I'm a minute from aborting this process. Is there a problem with the service pack? Is it not ready for prime time?
