Service Pack 1 for OpManager 5.5 Release Notification
Hi All,
We are pleased to announce the availability of the Service Pack 1 to OpManager 5.5 (Build 5510).
The latest version of the product can be downloaded from the below url: http://www.opmanager.com/download.html
Users who are already with OpManager 5.5 (earlier Build Versions 5501 to 5504) should apply Service Pack 1 to upgrade to the latest version (Build Version 5510).
Users of OpManager 5.0 (Build Versions 5004 to 5010) should first apply the Upgrade Pack to migrate to OpManager 5.5 (Build Version 5504 ) and then apply the Service Pack 1 to migrate to thecurrent OpManager 5.5 Build Version 5510.

Follow the instructions as specified in the above page to apply the Service Pack.
Highlights of OpManager 5.5 Build Version 5510 :
1. Out-of-the-box support for monitoring APC UPS
2. Monitoring Access Points
3. Downtime Scheduler to stop alerts for devices brought down for a Scheduled maintenance.
4. Provision to load Traps from MIB
5. Configure Ping Properties and monitor Packet Loss.
6. Log a ticket to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
7. Sort the devices based on Display Name, Category, Severity
8. Test Monitors associated to Devices to check if the monitors have been configured correctly
9. Vendor Specific Monitors on IBM xSeries Servers
10. Reports based on Business Views.
