Service monitors not sending e-mail alarms
Hi,
I'm using Opmanager MSP v6005, great prodcut, there's only one problem. The opmanager doesn't send e-mail alerts if a "Service monitor" is down. It only send mails if it is a "Windows Service Monitor" but that's not what i want. The notification profile for the devices are correctly configured (see attachment). How can I find out what the problem is? Any help is welcome.
