Service Monitors not reporting down, when down.

Service Monitors not reporting down, when down.

Watching Web(80) with OpManager. When I kill apache, /etc/init.d/https stop, OpManager has a little orange/red dot under status for Web. Recent Alarm only shows "Currently there are no open Alarms." The service just died and there are no alarms?! I tested this with SNMP, Web, and SSH. It is the same for all. Any ideas? Am I missing something?
