Service Monitors and redundant servers
Hi,
I have a pair of servers that work in redundant manner. When a failover occurs, one asserts as hot and begins attending the service port. In this case, the other server (that becomes standby) will no longer accept connections to this port.
My problem come when I try to monitor the service. As one port is always down, I always have a service down alarm.
How can I give OpManager the logic to overcome this situation? There are workarounds?
