Service monitoring error
hi opmanager support,
i have opmanager running currently in my network. one of my server is running smtp and surely http services...i've set my opmanager to monitor this service. then, my problem is..it keeps giving me an alarm that both service is down and when i check it at that particular server. the service is running fine.
any idea?
