Service Monitor Status does not update
The Service Monitor Status does not update the status of the service, when it is recovered.
Monitoring a linux box via Linux Agent SNMP
I have added teh service monitor SMTP
when I trun off smtp, the monitor shows the service is down, when I bring it back up, it does not update the alarm and the status of the screen. I even updated the status and brought down the monitoring time to 1min.
Is this a known issue? Please advise
