I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post this questions. I installed service desk plus on win server 2008 R2. I am using Xmapp for MySqL database management. I have setup everything by following the instructions. When i launch the server, it hangs on "Application layer started." I ran "run.bat" and it give the following error (attached). Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
