Service Does Not Finish Loading At Startup

I have installed the SupportCenter Plus Trial version. When starting the application, the service does not finish loading. The ManageEngine java window remains on the desktop and the progress bar is at approx 90%. The message that the last Layer installs but then the java window just sits there and the tiny dots continuously move across the progress bar area. I have to Ctrl+Alt+Delete and manually stop the java.exe and mysql-nt.exe processes to get rid of the java window. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on 4 different machines with the same results on each.

I installed the ServiceDesk Plus application and it starts just fine. Of course, I cannot have both installed, so I uninstall ServiceDesk Plus, then install SupportCenter Plus. If I try to install both, whichever one I install second cannot create the service during installation. But that's another issue.

Right now I just want to get SupportCenter Plus up and running by Mar 1. We are starting up a new support Help Desk and we want to use this application as it fits exactly what we're looking for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
