Service Desk Wont run after installation
I installed the service desk plus 7 but I could not view anything on the client interface.
when I try to start the service, a command prompt appears for a while and then shuts down.
I don't know hwat else to do. I am running kasperspky antivirus on my system, ISA acceleration server 2000 and MS SQL 2005 Express edition.
I'll appreciate any help you can render.
