Service Desk Views

Hi,
I am in the process of developing a department site for my group, Information Technology, at my job.  We use SharePoint as our intranet platform.

I have a page that when a User goes to that page, we would like them to see their open tickets that they requested.    We don't want them to have to logon to Manage Engine, it should auto log them on based off of their assigned network id, and simply display that user's open tickets.

In SharePoint I've added a web part Page Viewer, all this web part does is point to a URL.   I pointed it to:

http://servicedeskserver/WOListView.do

While the autologon is working, and the user is directly pointed to their open tickets, we'd really like for them to only see the portion of the screen that show's their tickets.  Right now their seeing this:

What I would like for them to see is just this:

Which is really the same thing, just less the left Quick Actions pane.

Can I disable the quick actions pane?  Or can this be done another way?  Or is there a way to connect to the MySQL database and just create a query string to pull this info based off of user?  In other words instead of pointing to Manage Engine's URL, could I just simply use a query that would automatically show the user's requested tickets?

Any ideas or help with this would be really appreciated.  We really need to add flexibility and visibility to our end users for their open tickets be we also need to integrate it so that it's one less separate technology they have to learn and/or be trained on.  We'd like to keep Manage Engine as our call ticketing system so what I'm attempting to do is highly visible to Management.

Thank you again!
