Service Desk Variables

Hi all,

Recently i have migrated the Service Desk to another server. For all the tickets created, assigned, etc, there is a template configured with variables. 

But, the $RequestLink is still referring to Old Service Desk server. I already removed and add back the link at the template but still does not change the url. Is there any way to update the URL of $RequestLink? Please advise.
