service desk servlet api add work log
Helo. I try use servlet api, to add worklog my link is:
http://servername/servlets/RequestServlet?operation=AddWorkLog&username=username&password=password&workOrderID=9118&workHours=1&workMinutes=10&executedTime=21 Jul 2014, 21:15:26
But is not success. Error: WorkLog cannot be added due to Time taken to Resolve or Start Time is mandatory field.
I looked in the documentation but found nothing. Where is the mistake?
