Service Desk Server doesn't start after reboot Windows Server 2019 over MSSQL 2019
Good morning,
My company already has an account in your Cloud that we have
been using for years, without any problems.
Now we want to perform a series of tests and configurations for a certain department of our group, and in this case we want to perform an On-Premise installation.
We have done the following steps:
1 - Installed ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus on a Windows Server 2019 server.
2 - Executed the ChangeDBServer command to move it from postgreSQl to MSSQL Server 2019 with this result of the image and correctly create the DB and tables in our MSSQL
3 - We
restart Windows Server and the ServiceDesk Server does not start.
Can you please help us? So we can find out what is going on
and make the configuration?
