Service Desk + - Preventive Maintenance tasks fail to start
Hi there,
We migrated our SD+ 7.5 build from a win2003 server to SD+ 8.0.0.8 on a win2008 SR2, and since then have noticed that the preventive maintenance tasks fail to run unless the SD service has been stopped and restarted. We've had a look at the serverout logs to find what actually happens at those scheduled times but cant see anything out of the ordinary, apart from the fact that theres no entry for those tasks.
Currently all we have as a workaround is a scheduled task to stop / restart the SD service on a daily basis. We're not too sure what else to look at though. Any ideas?
The SD build is standard with standard java and mysql.
