Service Desk Plus5 merge many requests to one
hy everybody,
it is possible that can merge 11 requests into one request?
it was nice when this function.
for example: a switch is going down, on this switch hangs 10 servers
opmanager generates 11 messages, these messages are automatic import with
a pop3 account in servicedesk.
i would like the error message of the switch, and merge all oher aftereffect massages from servers (server is down) to merge in this one (switch is down) request.
it is possible?
