Service Desk Plus Ver 6 build 6005
I am trying to migrate my Service Desk to a new server. I have updated both to Ver 6 build 6005 then backed up the data on the old server, copied the backup file to the new server and tried to restore it.
The restore will not complete. I get the following error message: at jave.lang.thread.run <unkown source>
Unable to restore database : null, message from server : "Duplicate entry '1557106716-72004' for Key 1"
How do I correct this?
