Service Desk Plus service not started
Dears,
Im new user and I have a problem with this solution.
yesterday the unit C its full and the service SDP stop.
after assing more storage to unit, the service stop continue.
when view the log, the message is: " Unable to write to the configured log directory: server\default\log (The system cannot find the path specified. (0x3))"
I have a bad english, but excuse me, I need your help!
