Hi, we purchased SDP MSP. We have 10 Accounts Managers that manage several customers.

They open presale requests and sometimes they need to open tickets to attend their customers. We´ve not been able to assign permission for this Account Managers to "see" their customer´s information in SDP MSP.

Is it possible to assign them permission?
