Hi All,
im just in the process of setting up and testing the cloud version of service desk plus but I'm having some issues with the mail server set up and getting a generic error I've tried a Cpl of different ports but still the same issues
Server name ip : ikmconsulting-co-uk.mail.protection.outlook.com
tried various ports and with and with out TLS ticked
ive basically copied the details from my existing install of Spiceworks (which i want to move away from )
"Failure:Email settings saved. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox:[Connection timed out (Connection timed out)]"
