Service Desk Plus IOS Push Notificiations
Hi,
trying to setup push notifications for servicedesk to my ios device, i do not get notifications when a new request is added and there is no option for it in the notification rules under admin. I do get notifications if i call is assigned to me but i does not make and sounds on the device.
