Service Desk PLus iOS and Android application Issue

Hi,

I would like to highlight that our service desk plus is not allowing any login from the application downloaded from App Store or Play Store. It prompts that the username and password is incorrect after i input my IP details.

I have confirmed that the details I have input is correct because the browser version on both devices works fine. Please advise further.
