Service Desk Plus hangs on startup
Hello
I am currently evaluating service desk (Free version) and everything so far has been great! Love the product. The power was cycled on the SD server without properly closing down service desk . The service desk starts as normal until it gets to the application layer starting..... and from there the SD hangs. I am able to shut down the SD application.
I do have a backup from a few days ago however I would like to get the system back to its original state. Any ideas or suggestions?
