Service Desk Plus First Time Setup
Hi,
I have download Service Desk Plus and I am trying to configure it for the first time.
can someone please provide me with step by step configuration which needs to be done.
I would like to configure Standard version.
1) Incident management
2) Self Service portal
3) Knowledgebase
4) SLA management
5) Help Desk Report
