Service Desk Plus & Fedora Core 8

Good day,

I'm busy evaluating your product (build 7001) on Fedora Core 8
I have installed the software without any errors
When I try to run the ./root/Adventnet/ME/Servicedesk/bin/run.sh file, I get the following error

Server is starting. This may take a couple of minutes ...
This evaluation copy is valid for 29 days
Unclean shutdown of previous run.
Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details

Now, I gave tried stopping Mysql, restarting the server etc, I get the same error.
I even tried running it on Fedora core 6 - Does your product support Fedora ?

I have run the following as well

DB Server Setup wizard

2) Setup MSSQL Server
3) Quit

My SQl Sever configuration added successfully

I have contacted the support centre and I was told "Sir, please evaluate our software on Microsoft" Your website says version of Linux - ANY -

I have as per their request, uninstalled and re-installed the Service Desk Plus software, I have as per their request, change the Mysql password, change the localhost from 127.0.0.1 to localhost

Please can someone help me
