Service Desk Plus - Cross Timezone Issue
Hello everyone. I would like to raise this concern or issue if anyone encounter this kind of problem in logging in Service Desk Plus. It will display about Cross Timezone. I did my troubleshooting and issue still occurs.
-Adjust the correct time zone (+08:00GMT) *issue still occurs
-Set the correct format for date (mm/dd/yyyy) *issue still occurs
-Tried accessing to other browsers (Chrome,Firefox,Microsoft Edge) *issue still occurs
-Cleared history and cache. *issue still occurs
-Restart the device. *issue still occurs
I would really appreciate if anyone could help me in this problem. Thanks.
