Service Desk plus crashing

Service Desk plus crashing

Hello,

As mentioned in other topics below, Service Desk Plus keeps crashing, only error in the logs is the following:


Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MySQL
Event Category: None
Event ID: 100
Date: 1/14/2008
Time: 10:38:22 AM
User: N/A
Computer: xxxxx
Description:
Can't open and lock time zone table: Table 'mysql.time_zone_leap_second' doesn't exist trying to live without them

We have logged a support call about this but haven't heard back yet(this was last month). If there is a way to have service desk produce error output, or a stack trace to find out what's causing this that would be very helpful.

Also, the link for build 7009 in the announcements thread doesn't work.
