Service Desk Plus Bin file not installing

Service Desk Plus Bin file not installing

Hi,

Just downloaded SD+6 onto a VPS (Ubuntu)Server, logged in as root typed:

./ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus.bin

nothing happens just get root prompt back. tried chmod a+x the file but still same result any ideas anyone?.
