Service Desk Plus backup question
I would like to confirm in terms of backups if we can disable the backup jobs that are scheduled in ME and simply run SQL DB backups from our SQL servers where the ME DB’s are stored.
Or if not, do we just backup the backup folder on the ME server and do not need to backup the SQL Servers DB?
