Service Desk Plus: Error when setting a reminder
We are running Service Desk 7011. We encounter an error (Add Reminer: Failure) in ReminderDisplay.do when attempting to set a reminder that has reminder notes greater than 100 characters. This is probably a field size limitation but shouldn't the application not allow a user to enter more than 100 characters if it is beyond it's limits?
