Service Desk on system with multiple IP Addresses

Service Desk on system with multiple IP Addresses

I have a server with 3 IP Addresses. This is because I host the management interface to the server, the Intranet and Service Desk application. How can I change the IP Address for the Service Desk Application to one of the other addresses & not the primary IP of the server?
