Service Desk integration with O.M. in DMZ
Hi,
I would like to run with Service Desk in my DMZ so my remote users can access it to create tickets etc. But I would like to integrate it with OPManager which sits inside my network, because a firewall separates both and I don't want to open up ports into my network how can I do this? Here's my network
