Service Desk Free version and Opmanager
Hi
I recently loaded ServiceDesk and was trying to build up an IT Asset Register on my predominantly Windows network. It picks the printers, desktops and servers but doesnt pick anything except the IP address of my Centos 5 server. Isnt it meant to be heterogeneous or is there a separate plugin for Linux?
