I am upgrading servicedesk from 9002 to the current version which requires 3 servicepacks to be installed. 9048 successfully installed and started servicedesk. when I installed ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_9_0_0_SP-1_0_0 the server is failing to start. This is a live system. Anyone with any information please revert ASAP.
