Service Desk ERROR CODE: 469 Invalid License File

Just installed Service Desk (Free edition) for Linux (on Ubuntu 7.10 Server)
When I try to start the SD (sh run.sh) I get the following error:
ERROR CODE : 469
Invalid License File
