Does anyone know of a way to create a blanket way to force mail from the Service Desk system to NOT go into the Junk email folder in Outlook?
even by "right clicking" and marking as "not Junk" these still wind up in the junk filter. my network admins here are telling me it a service desk issue (*sigh - they always say that....).
is anyone else having this issue?
