Service Desk Crashing
We are having a problem with ServiceDesk crashing intermittently. When this happens we try to restart the service but it fails. A complete restart of the server(W2003) is required to get it running again. Somedays this can happen repeatedly and then others not at all.
We are running version 6.0.0 build 6013 on Windows 2003 Server SP1
