We have service desk plus version 6.0.0 in which there are two scheduled backups running on daily basis one is trimmed backup and other is full backup. does trimmed backup means backup for a particular day? the problem is the service desk folder is taking approximately 26 GB space in machine which makes it slow,and even some times not responding. Can we delete some files generating by SD on regular basis as access log or any log sort of to handle the space prob.the other problem is it takes too long to complete the full backup now as long as 3-4 days, we need your assistance in that regard too thanks in advance !
