Service Desk API Callback URL is not working
Hello.
I'm using REST API v3 for adding new a request and It's working perfectly.
But when I try to set a callback URL which is triggered once the ticket has been resolved/closed and setting the callback_url to https://[node-server]/manage-engine no breakpoint is hit the Controller (I have tried to PUT this controller with the postman and it is working completely).
Now, I don't know how can solve this case. Please help!
