Service Desk Adding devices by CSV .
Greetings,
We are running Service desk Version : 5.5.0 Build Number : 5507
On Windows Server 2003 SP1, MYSQL Ver 4.1.22-community-nt
We are not in the position to upgrade at the moment.
I have been handed the task to see if there is a way to add devices by CSV or SQL Insert.
Is there a way for this to be done?
